Description: ***LATE ADDITION*** Johnny Unitas "Maryland Sportsman of the Month" award charm. 14K gold charm presented to Johnny Unitas as the Maryland Sportsman of the Month for December of 1960. 3/4" square charm in the form of a December 1960 calendar having a small inset diamond on the front. The reverse is inscribed, "Presented to John Unitas Maryland Sportsman of the Month by Eddie Robinson". A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this charm will be donated to the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation. Includes letter of provenance from the Unitas family: NM
