Description: 1976 Carroll Beringer Phila. Phillies road jersey. Blue knit shirt retains its original "1" and "P" on the front with #1 also on the reverse. "Beringer" is chain stitched on a blue strip tag inside the collar. Wilson tag is affixed to the tail front along with "46 76 Set 2" strip tag. The shirt exhibits excellent use and wash wear. The nameplate appears to have been restored at some point. Desirable jersey in that #1 was worn by Richie Ashburn and has since been retired. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions, Inc: EX
