Description: Joe DiMaggio's U.S. Military uniform c.1960s. Green khaki uniform worn by Joe DiMaggio during a Goodwill Tour of Vietnam to entertain the U.S. troops in the late 1960s. The uniform consists of a jacket and pants each retaining their original size and care tagging. The tour consisted of a group of Major League players along with Commissioner Bowie Kuhn who traveled through South Vietnam to brighten the spirits of the U.S. forces. Includes a 1969 black and white news service photo picturing DiMaggio wearing a similar uniform.
