Description: Rare Heubach German bisque porcelain baseball figurine c.1880s. Seldom offered large size variation pitcher figurine stands 16" tall with hand painted blue pinstriped uniform. Very clean example remains in all original condition with no repairs or damage. Impressed German manufacturer stampings "Geschuetzt-Gesetzlich" appear under the base. The offered figurine was discovered in the Tennessee area along with the other two figurines in the sale and is being offered within the hobby for the first time: NM
