Description: 1926 Detroit Tigers team auto. baseball. Lightly toned and clear coated B.Johnson AL ball signed by (20) players incl. Cobb, Heilmann, Manush, B.Evans (executive), O'Rourke, Wingo, Woodall, and McBride. Sigs range from 3-7 out of 10 with majority grading 5 or better. A few of the signatures are non-roster players which could either be coaches, or due to the fact that ball was signed at Spring Training. Ball has wonderful period hand painted Tiger head on one panel along with crossed bats and inscription dating the ball to the Tigers Spring Training at Atlanta, GA that appears to be written by Ty Cobb. Early Tigers ball with Cobb as player manager with attractive hand painted Tigers decor. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J.Spence-S.Grad: Ball: VG-VG/EX, Signatures: Range GD-EX/MT
