Description: Fine Willie Mays auto. govt. postcard. Dated June 9, 1951 postcard signed on the back, "Best Wishes Form (From) Willie Howard Mays". Signature and salutation rate 9 out of 10 with a small image of a young Mays affixed to the card alongside. It was just a few weeks earlier that Mays had made his Major League debut with the Giants. Given the rare full name signature, unbelievably early dating, signature strength, and impeccable provenance the offered Mays signed postcard is almost certainly the finest extant.
