Description: Rare Hal (Pee Wee) Reese professional model baseball bat c.1940-42. L.Slugger 125 model bat measures 34 1/4" long and weighs 31oz. retaining strong centerbrand stampings and uncommon "Hal Reese" facs. signature stamping on barrel end. Bat exhibits heavy usage wear including ball/cleat markings on barrel. Barrel end has several indentations including four that are situated above the signature stampings and it is unclear as to the cause of these indentations. Very scarce and desirable rookie era game bat from the "Captain" of the Boys of Summer. Includes LOA from SCD Authentic D.Bushing/D.Knoll: EX
