Description: Fine lot of 1939 Baseball All America related materials from the Bucky Walters collection. Great grouping of original artifacts many of which were exhibited at the 1940 World's Fair in New York. Includes Bucky Walters auto. World's Fair Laurel card, (2) 11"x14" mounted photographs of Bucky Walters and other players each signed to Bucky from Christy Walsh, Christy Walsh auto. 8"x10" photo, various correspondence and photos relating to the Academy of Sport and the World's Fair, and a fine set of original photographs used as a poster display for the 1940 World's Fair. Images range from 5"x7" to 11"x14" including DiMaggio, Foxx, Ruffing, Cronin, and Medwick. Lot also includes a photo of the intact poster on display at the Fair signed by Christy Walsh on the back. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J.Spence-S.Grad: Range VG-NM
