Description: 1966 Baltimore Orioles World Champions Team Signed Baseball. The Orioles first World Championship came on the heels of the RedsÆ fateful trade of star Frank Robinson to the Birds after the 1965 season. Robinson proceeded to do no less than win the Triple Crown in his first season in Baltimore and help lead the Orioles to a four-game sweep of the formidable Dodgers in the 1966 World Series. Complete and authentic 1966 Orioles team balls have proved to be very rare, but this is great example: a lightly toned Cronin Official American League ball with 30 blue-green ballpoint signatures, including F. Robinson (MVP), B. Robinson, Palmer, Aparicio, Powell, and Bauer. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J. Spence-S.Grad: EX/MT-NM
