Description: Sports Illustrated Robert Riger, pencil on board from Dec. 14, 1959. Approx. four drawings from "The Violent Skills of Ice Hockey" depicting players from the New York Rangers and the Toronto Maple Leafs performing various maneuvers. 5 1/2"x14" and assorted sizes. Artists working with Sports Illustrated often created a series of drawings on one board. For purposes of describing these lots, individual drawings on the same board have been counted separately when totalling the number of illustrations in the lot.
