Description: 1965 Houston Astros home jersey. Desirable early franchise style with orig. embroidered team named on front, #2 on back is replacement for the original #7 which attributes the shirt to either John Bateman or Gus Triandos. Wilson tag remains on tail front along with "65" chain stitched into tail. #2 on the back does show good age and usage wear which was worn by Nellie Fox in 1965 but there is no possible attribution to Fox that we can confirm. Includes LOA from David Bushing/Dan Knoll: VG-EX
