Description: Rare 1981 Dave Winfield New York Yankees home jersey. Pinstriped white knit jersey with orig. Yankees "NY" team logo on front and #31 on back. Retains strip tag in collar with "Winfield 81 2" chain stitched on front, Wilson tag remains on tail front. Jersey shows great usage and wash wear including some staining on front and back and light tattering to chain stitching on strip tag from wash wear. Black armband on left sleeve in memory of Elston Howard remains intact and Winfield has signed the jersey front, rare and desirable Yankee home jersey from Dave Winfield's first year in New York in which the Yankees would go on to be AL Champions.
