Description: 1988 Bo Jackson Kansas City Royals home jersey. After winning the 1985 Heisman Trophy award it was an afterthought that Jackson would be the number one pick in the NFL draft. That did occur but in one of the most publicized and famous announcements in sports history Jackson elected to sign with the Kansas City Royals to play baseball. The offered shirt is a white knit home style jersey with original team name on front and #16 on both front and back. "Jackson" lettering remains on back and Royals logo patch is on sleeve. Rawlings tag with Set 1 1988 tag are inside shirt tail, jersey shows moderate usage and wash wear. Desirable jersey from one of the finest all around athletes in sports history.
