Led by Mickey Mantle's .311 sophomore season and Allie Reynolds 20 wins the 1952 Yankees held off a stiff challenge from the Indians to win the American League pennant. They went on to defeat the powerful Brooklyn Dodgers in the World Series in seven games, paced by Mantle's 10 hits and repeated brilliant pitching performances by Reynolds and Vic Raschi, making it four World Championships in a row for Yanks. The majority of the 24 signatures on this near-white, lightly coated Harridge Official American League ball are in strong blue-green ballpoint ink, with six others being in black fountain pen. Includes Mantle, Berra, Rizzuto, Mize, Reynolds, Raschi, Martin, Bauer, and Rookie-of-the-Year McDougald. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J. Spence-S.Grad: EX/MT-NM
