Description: Lot of (17) 1888 Old Judge N173 Brooklyn baseball cabinet photographs. Significant discovery of Brooklyn player cabinet photos originating from the collection of John Corkhill. All photos in the the lot have had the Old Judge advertising at bottom of mount trimmed away otherwise the majority remain in fine overall condition. Players included are: Bushong, Reynolds, Terry, Clark, Corkhill, Clark/Hughes, Burns, Clark/Hughes, Collins, Foutz, O'Brien, Visner, Hughes, Caruthers, G.Smith, McGonnigle, and Pinkney. Clarity and contrast remains very strong with a few having some wear to edges/back of mounts. Very rare discovery of a desirable 19th century issue: Range VG/EX-NM (With note to mount trimming)
