Both signatures rate 7 out of 10 but have the appearance of 6's due to the toning on the ball. Stamped on side panel is "Made Especially for Nat C. Strong" who was a legendary New York area promoter for the Negro Leagues. Ball was most likely signed at a barnstorming game. Includes LOA from James Spence PSA/DNA: Ball: VG-EX, Signatures: EX
