Description: Christy Mathewson with Christy Jr. photograph c.1915. Charming sepia toned photograph showing Christy Mathewson, dressed in his 1913-14 World Tour sweater, looking on as a his young son Christy Jr. appears in a pose similar to that which his father made famous. The 7.5"x9.5" image remains on its' original 10"x12" mount with just a touch of age related toning and storage wear to photograph. Mount has more pronounced flaws including scuffing and surface loss along with nicks/chips and the upper left corner is missing.
