Description: Christy Mathewson photograph c.1920s (PSA/DNA "Type I"). Sepia toned approx. 6"x8" photograph showing a dapper Mathewson in street clothes after his return from World War I. "International Newsreel" stamp on the back. Light general wear with some paper residue (and minor isolated upper surface loss) at each corner which is the result of prior mounting.
