Description: Rare 1950 Joplin Miners team autographed scorecard with Mickey Mantle. Original scorecard issued for a Miners vs. Hutchinson Elks game played in Joplin in May of 1950 (the two teams faced each other in a series of 4 games from May 19th through the 22nd). Partially scored to reflect a 16-10 Joplin win with Mickey Mantle in the cleanup spot on the pre-printed lineups. It has been signed on the cover by (16) team members including a then (18) year old Mickey Mantle, Manager Harry Craft, and Steve Kraly, Cal Neeman, and Bob Wiesler whom also went on to play in the Major Leagues. An additional signature of player David Waters appears inside. All are done in pencil rating 7 to 8 out of 10 (two signatures have a pencil outline drawn around them). In fine overall condition with some light general handling wear. Mantle played a full (137) season with Joplin collecting (199) hits and (26) home runs and would join the Yankees in 1951 for his landmark Rookie season.
