Description: 1954-55 Topps hockey complete set (60) with Gordie Howe, Terry Sawchuk (recolored; see description). Classic 60-card vintage hockey set features numerous Hall of Famers, most notably #8 Gordie Howe and #58 Terry Sawchuk. Both cards were submitted for professional grading (Howe to PSA and Sawchuk to SGC) and unfortunately both were flagged as "recolored" and "Authentic; color added," respectively. Upon close inspection, it appears that most, if not all, of the remaining ungraded cards in the set also have subtle touches of recoloring on the corners. In many cases, the added color is difficult to detect, and most cards otherwise have a VG/EX appearance: Recolored.
