Original jersey worn by University of Pennsylvania Defensive End Robert Oristaglio who later went on to play in the NFL for the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Browns, and Philadelphia Eagles. High quality durene jersey features the classic navy blue and maroon striping on both sleeves retaining its original "83" number on front and back. Crotch piece remains intact with Pearson Sporting Goods, Philadelphia manufacturer's label along with size 44 and Dry Clean supplemental tagging. Strong evident use throughout including some areas of soiling. The lot includes 1948 Army vs. Pennsylvania program listing Oristaglio on the Penn roster.
