Description: Outstanding Anthony Muñoz autographed Cincinnati Bengals professional model jersey - extensive wear and team repairs c.1980s. Black jersey has player number "78" screened on front, back, and sleeves and there is a "Muñoz" nameplate across the back. It was customized for his use with the lower edge hemmed (as a result there is no tagging) and mesh material was added which includes a strap. Sleeves have also been redone to his liking with material added to both to accommodate his large arms. The left sleeve has a small length of rope/cord added which was likely done to prevent any loose material when it was stretched over his shoulder pads. Extensive use is evident throughout and there are numerous team repairs to both shoulders. Some additional age related wear includes cracks/flaking/loss to the heat applied numbers. Signed on the back "Anthony Muñoz HOF 98" in marker rating approx. 7-7/8 out of 10. A highly desirable game jersey from a beloved Bengals Hall of Famer with iron clad provenance.
