Riddell VSR-4 helmet with team logo decals on each side, and NFL shield decal behind the Seahawks bumper pad on the back. Moon signed the helmet in black marker. Signature rates 6/7-7 out of 10. Light general wear including scratching and scuff marks. The helmet was obtained by a former high-ranking executive from a sports entertainment company that had many interactions and relationships with numerous athletes.
