Description: 1958 Johnny Unitas "Outstanding Achievement In Professional Football" award. Shield shaped wooden plaque (12.5"x10") has a metal plate affixed which reads, "Kiwanis Football Award, John Unitas, For Outstanding Achievement In Professional Football, 1958." Unitas had lead the Colts through their Championship season which culminated in a win over the Giants in "The Greatest Game Ever Played." Light wear with a few scrapes and scratches.
