The President's autograph and handwriting rate 8/9 out of 10 while that of The First Lady has faded to slightly lesser. Framed to 12.5"x14.5" with a Vice Presidential seal White House card affixed to the back (indicating that the photo was taken/signed while Bush was serving as Vice President under Ronald Reagan).
