Signed by McCarver ("James Timothy McCarver") and Cardinals G.M. Bob Howsam. Ink signatures rate 8 to 8/9 out of 10. The signature of NL President Warren Giles is stamped. Typical fold lines and a touch of other light wear. A fan favorite in St. Louis and a member of the Cardinals Hall of Fame and a now Legendary broadcaster and recipient of the Ford C. Frick Award.
