Description: Rare 1994 Derek Jeter autographed Tampa Yankees professional model jersey (Resolution Photomatch). Blue mesh jersey has an "NY" logo on the left front chest and number "31" on back. Majestic Diamond Collection tag is on the front tail with adjacent size "L" tag. Signed on the back number, in the period, "Derek Jeter" and inscribed "94 BP Jersey" in marker which has slightly faded now rating approx. 6/7 out of 10. Jeter was then a (20) year old Prospect within the Yankees farm system and would join their A+ Tampa affiliate for (69) games splitting his time between that team, the Albany-Colonie Yankees, and the Columbus Clippers. He was named the 1994 Minor League Player of The Year and would make his Major League debut on May 29, 1995 going on to become the Yankees regular shortstop during the 1996 season. His celebrated career in New York spanned (20) years during which time he helped lead the Yankees to (5) World Series Championships and accumulated achievements which are almost too numerous to list. The offered jersey is among the earliest with the famed "NY" logo worn by Jeter to have surfaced. Included documentation from Resolution Photomatching confirms the this is the jersey Jeter is wearing on his 1994 Action Packed baseball card (#43).
