Description: Rare 1912 American League season pass (highest graded). Heavy stock 2.5"x4" pass issued in 1912 allowed admittance to all American League parks. The bearer would have potentially have witnessed a number of impressive games and player feats including Tris Speaker's Chalmers Award winning season, Ty Cobb's League leading .402 average, Joe Wood's (34) wins, Walter Johnson striking out (303) with a 1.39 ERA, and a host of other noteworthy events. It also of interest that Fenway Park, Redland Field, and Navin Field all opened their gates that season and the Yankees wore pinstripes for the first time. One of only (2) which have been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA having a touch of light corner wear: PSA VG-EX 4
