Description: Titus brand "Positive Grip Bat" with grooved handle c.1920s-30s. Rare bat with "Manufactured by W.S. Titus" centerbrand that has partially visible text around the upper edge which reads "Titus Positive Grip." The handle features a series of turned in grooves which aided grip. It remains in fine overall condition (with note to weak upper portion of the stamping) and shows some light use and age related wear. Titus was a well known bat maker operating out of Glenmoore N.J. and his wares were highly sought after by local players: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
