Description: Peyton Manning autographed professional model cleats c.1998. Pair of Adidas brand cleats each have a size (13) tag inside also noting that they are a “Sample.” This is common to cleats made for player use and these could not have been purchased in a retail setting. Player number “18” is written on the outer heel of both in period, slightly faded, marker. Well broken in with outstanding use evident throughout including some dirt which remains in the spikes. Both signed “Peyton Manning 18” in black marker rating 8/9 out of 10. Manning was drafted by the Colts as the first overall pick in 1998 on the heels of a notable college career. He would go on to spend over a decade leading Indianapolis and put together one of more impressive professional careers of the modern era. His accolades are numerous and include many of the most prestigious honors a player can earn. He led the Colts to a Super Bowl Championship and would later repeat the feat as a member of the Denver Broncos.
