Includes original program issued for the game played at Griffith Stadium which displays light wear that is most pronounced along bound edge. There are period ink notations related to the game on the front cover (VG); ticket stub which has an irregular tear, some creases, a touch of back damage (GD); and a typed summary of game events on heavy stock paper which has been signed along the lower edge by Dan Fortmann, George Musso, Bulldog Turner, and George McAfee in ink rating 7 to 8 out of 10 (an additional signature of Sid Luckman is secretarial).
