Description: Lou Gehrig and Joe DiMaggio World Series photo by George Burke, c.1938 Glossy, black and white 8 1/4"x10" photo with round corners shows DiMaggio and Gehrig chatting with New York City Mayor Fiorello La Guardia at Wrigley Field during the 1938 World Series. Reverse is stamped "Geo. Burke, 847 Belmont Ave. Chicago," along with the date of Oct. 5, 1938. A Sporting News stamp and "Sporting News Collection" sticker also appears on the back.
