Description: 1973 Tommy Heinsohn NBA All-Star Game ring. Original ring presented to Tommy Heinsohn for his efforts leading the NBA All-Star East team during the season for which he was named NBA Coach of The Year. Simple design features a purple stone on the top with the NBA logo impressed on one side and "1973" on the other. "TH" initials are inside along with "10K" and an unknown makers' mark. Approx. size (8.5) with an insert in place which sizes it down to around (7.5-8). Weighs (18) grams with some mild general wear.
