Description: 1956 Tommy Heinsohn Chuck Taylor All-American Basketball Team plaque. Presentational certificate has been mounted to backing (as issued, approx. 8"x11") and was awarded to Heinsohn for his selection as a Converse All-American in 1956. A significant honor and one of the most prestigious at the collegiate level in the period. Mild wear and there is staining/discoloration to areas throughout.
