Description: 1977 Harlem Globetrotters team signed basketball. Rare piece is one of the few Globetrotters vintage team signed items we have seen or offered. Wilson "TV Official" ball has "Harlem Globetrotters" team name burned in the side panel. It has been signed by over (15) incl. Meadowlark Lemon, Curley Neal, Marques Haynes, Geese Ausbie, Nate Branch, Dallas Thornton, Mel Davis, Sweet Lou Dunbar, and Jerry Venable. The date "10-1-77" is written on one panel above a personalization. Marker signatures rate 7 to 8 out of 10 and the ball shows just a hint of light wear. Includes full LOA from JSA and several vintage snapshot photos of a Globetrotters game which presumably relate to the time at which it was signed: EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
