White mesh jersey retains its original red on blue "USA" and "4" in tackle twill across the front with "Iverson" in white above red/blue "4" on back. Proper Reebok USA Basketball manufacturer's tag with size 44 flag tag, 2003 year tag, and +2 Extra length tags found on tail front. The jersey exhibits light general use/wash wear and has been signed by Iverson on the back in black sharpie. Iverson led the 2003 USA Men's Team to a perfect record of 10-0 in the Tournament of the Americas to qualify for the 2004 Olympic games. Originally obtained by a collector who received items directly from players and team employees in the period.
