Description: Doug Smith Los Angeles Rams professional model jersey c.1970s (Six Time Pro Bowl)(Team Repairs). Blue mesh jersey with "D.Smith" nameplate (replaced) on back having "56" screened onto front, back, and both sleeves. Strong overall use including hit marks, scuffing, and several period team repairs including a few larger stitched tear repairs. Proper Medalist/Sand Knit manufacturer's label affixed to the tail front with "Exclusively Tailored for Los Angeles Rams" designation and size 52.
