Description: Dave Giusti attributed Pittsburgh Pirates professional model helmet c.1970s. Flapless helmet done in period team colors has a white "P" team logo on front. While we can not find any examples of the team employing this color logo the helmet was acquired by our consignor from Giusti in the period and his number "31" is written on the back in similar style font to that which is typically found on team issued equipment. "Pro-Celd" and "American Baseball Cap" labels appear inside with the later noting size (7 1/4). Strong use evident throughout.
