Description: 1949 Earl Torgeson Boston Braves professional model road uniform (jersey and pants). Gray flannel jersey has the "Braves" team name/logo on front and number "9" on back. On the left sleeve is a team logo patch. Horace Partridge tag in the collar notes size (44) and there is a "Torgeson" embroidered strip tag below. An additional on the front tail denotes year, "49." Matching pants are likewise by Horace Partridge (size 39) with similar "49" embroidered year tag. Well preserved with evident use throughout along with some age related toning/discoloration and wear.
