Description: Pete Rose autographed professional model baseball bat c.1984 (PSA "GU 9"). Mizuno model PR4000 bat with Rose facsimile signature on the barrel measures 33.5" long and weighs 32oz. Knob has "A" factory stamped in and some period black marker writing which PSA has identified as being Rose's jersey number. Uncracked with nice use including contact marks to the hitting surface, several black ink transfers, and some small rack streaks. The right barrel has been sanded which is a common Rose trait and there is a tape ring applied to the upper handle. Signed "Pete Rose" in marker rating 8 out of 10. A desirable high grade example dating the era in which Rose was en route, and eventually would, establish the All-Time record for hits with his total of (4,256) likely to prove one of the games' most enduring.
