Description: Fine 1978 Jim Palmer autographed Baltimore Orioles professional model road jersey (SGC/Grob: Superior). Road jersey has "Orioles" team name across the front and number "22" below. Number also appears on back below a "Palmer" nameplate. Wilson tag in the collar notes size (44) and there is a "78 2" embroidered strip tag on the front tail. Strong use and wash wear are evident throughout and the jersey is signed on the front "Jim Palmer" in marker rating 7-7/8 out of 10. An outstanding example dating the last in a string of (20) win seasons for Palmer who was the winningest pitcher of the 1970s. He remains the Orioles all-time leader in the category and collected (3) Cy Young Awards and (4) Gold Gloves between 1973 and 1979.
