Description: Philadelphia Phillies professional model jacket.c.1950s. Red wool jacket with cold weather lining has the "P" team logo on left front chest in red and white felt. "Wilson" tag in the collar is a style that is commonly associated with dating to the earlier 1950s. Adjacent is a size "44" flag tag. On the lower inside tail is a "21" embroidered strip tag. This number was worn by Andy Seminick (1950-51 and 1955-58) and Smokey Burgess (1952-55) in the dating period of the tagging. Well preserved with appropriate use evident throughout.
