Description: Baseball themed game pieces - likely a hand crafted set for "Ten Pins." c.1890s. Set of (10) hand crafted baseball player figures each standing around 9.5" tall with color lithographed illustrations on front of wood which stand via a small insert at the foot of each. These were likely made for a popular amusement of the time which was called "Ten Pins" and was comprised of a set of themed figures which would be knocked over (usually by a small ball) to score points.
