Description: Willow "League Model" ring decorated baseball bat c.1890-1910. Early bat of a very lightweight wood fashionable for the period having original "League Model" stenciled markings at center with two painted decorative rings. Handle retains a fine coat of original black paint with pronounced lathe marked on both knob and barrel ends. 34" long with light to moderate general use/surface wear.
