Description: Sandy Koufax photograph c.1963 (1964 Topps card image) (PSA/DNA "Type I"). Black and white 7"x9.5" photo shows Koufax on the mound during the 1963 World Series and it is the same image used by Topps for card number (136) in the 1964 set. Paper caption affixed to the back (undated) and there is a "United Press" stamp on the back. An additional stamp has "Oct 1 1967" date stamp which would denote when it was used/filed by another organization. Light wear with some wrinkles/creases at (2) corners. Includes PSA/DNA LOA with "Type I" designation: EXEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
