Description: High grade 1962 Topps Baseball near complete set (584 of 598 cards) plus (14) variations (598 cards total). Outstanding near complete set was carefully assembled with consistent average EX/MT-NM condition throughout and a good number of cards grade better. This is daunting feat considering the condition sentivity of 1962 Topps cards and the results are well illustrated by those cards which we had graded that appear both in this lot and as stand alone lots within this sale. In most cases the wear shown on these cards is minimal and effects only the extreme corners/edges. Please note - (4) of the cards which were submitted to PSA came back unholdered as they did not meet minimum size requirements (#251, 288, 530, and 596). Missing #5 Koufax, 10 Clemente, 25 Banks, 140 Gehrig/Ruth, 200 Mantle, 218 Torre, 313 Maris, 317 Musial, 318 Mantle, 387 Brock, 395 Mays, 401 Homer Kings, 425 Yastrzemski, and 594 Uecker.
