Record album sized insert/promotional piece done on thick stock (double sided) has been signed by Michael Stipe (first name only), Mike Mills, Billy Berry, and Peter Buck. Signatures rate 7 to 9/10 out of 10 with Buck a touch lesser (5/6). Signed side displays a hint of light wear and has a 1991 dated R.E.M. concert ticket stub affixed. Back has a strip of mounting residue at the top. Includes ticket stub from a different 1986 R.E.M. show and auction LOA from JSA: Sigs. VG-NM, Piece EXEstimated Price Range: ($400-$600)
