Description: Arts and Crafts rocking armchair with baseball decoration c.1910-1915. Mission oak Morris style seat of simple yet timeless design has decorative baseball scene carved within upper back slat which has been painted with noteworthy attention to detail. Surface has some scattered nicks/chips and general crazing throughout. It is likely that the upholstery has been replaced and the painted portion was touched up in a later period.
