Description: Scarce Spalding "Zebra Striped" decorated baseball bat c.1890-1910. Exceedingly rare 34" long bat of the highest quality features a "zebra" striped decorative pattern with over (20) rings spanning front the handle area throughout the entire barrel. "A.G. Spalding Bros. stenciled logo stamping is found on the handle area towards the centerbrand portion of the bat along with model "No. XX" stenciling. The bat remains in fine original condition with exception of tightly repaired handle crack primarily visible from back side of handle. One of the rarest Spalding model baseball bats of its type which is one of only two examples we have encountered in our 30 year company history: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$2,000)
