Description: 1902 Pittsburgh Pirates NL Champions souvenir pin with rare related "Champions" ribbon. Early celluloid 1 1/4" diameter pin pictures a red and blue Pirates pennant on the front with "1902 Champions" lettering beneath. The reverse retains its original Whitehead & Hoag paper label. Front of the pin is fairly clean with light age fading and a few surface wrinkles. The pun is attached to a larger "Committe" pinback badge with "1901 Railroad Day" ribbon and "Pittsburgh Base Ball Champions" ribbon (some damage). This example is the first which we have encountered to retain the "Champions" ribbon and additional pieces: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($300-$500)
